Hong Kong's banking and securities regulators are set to provide further details on Wednesday regarding a new phase of offshore yuan development, following recent meetings in Beijing and the city's unveiling of its first five-year plan. Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) chairman Kelvin Wong Tin-yau stated on Monday that the SFC would outline the blueprint, with Hong Kong Monetary Authority (HKMA) chief executive Eddie Yue Wai-man also expected to elaborate.
