Trust Wallet has addressed speculation surrounding the recently discovered critical PHP Shell vulnerabilities (CVE-2026-109618 and CVE-2026-109619), which allow unauthenticated remote code execution. The crypto wallet officially stated that its applications and key infrastructure are not related to PHP, confirming that the incident does not affect its clients. BNB Chain and PancakeSwap also issued similar statements. Binance founder Changpeng Zhao (CZ) emphasized the importance of such confirmations to prevent the spread of false rumors and panic among users.
