Zhongling Technology, controlled by Peng Qian, the actual controller of Great Wall Electronic Measurement, has commenced IPO tutoring, potentially becoming his third A-share listed company.
According to the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC) website, Zhejiang Zhongling Technology Co., Ltd. filed for IPO guidance with the Zhejiang Securities Regulatory Bureau on October 21. Zhongling Technology's core product is the fine metal mask (FMM), and its revenue surged from RMB 1.2785 million in 2022 to RMB 129 million in 2024. Peng Qian, the de facto controller of Zhongling Technology, also controls the A-share listed company JCET Group and acquired control of Lunda Co., Ltd. in early 2026. If Zhongling Technology's IPO is successfully completed, Peng Qian is expected to simultaneously control three A-share listed companies: Zhongling Technology, Lunda Co., Ltd., and JCET Group.
