Meta's Chief AI Officer, Alexandr Wang, stated in an interview that his personal AI agent, Muse, will remain ad-free and available for free to regular users. However, advanced features and enterprise services will be subject to charges, and the company also plans to collect commissions from shopping transactions facilitated by the agent. Muse first launched in Japan on October 23, following 10 million downloads in North America within six weeks of its release.

Meta also announced an upward revision of its 2026 capital expenditure guidance range to $135 billion to $145 billion. It further disclosed that as of the end of September, the total future committed investment for AI infrastructure development is close to $825 billion.
