Bosch, the world's largest automotive supplier, recently announced that it will transfer its Mobility business in Germany
Bosch, the world's largest automotive supplier, recently announced that it will transfer its Mobility business in Germany, as well as its Digital, Global Business Services, and Global Real Estate service units, from Robert Bosch GmbH into independent legal entities operating as wholly-owned subsidiaries of the group. The group's headquarters will transform into a holding company, retaining only group financing, central research, and advance engineering functions. The new entities are scheduled to begin operations on August 1, 2027, with the overall adjustment expected to be completed in phases by the end of 2027. Insiders at Bosch China stated that this adjustment is a structural unification within the group's German operations and will not affect its business layout or investment in the Chinese market.
