Heavy fighting has erupted near the Iran-Pakistan border, according to a report by the Haalvsh human rights organization. The group stated that the clashes broke out early Saturday in the Bahkeshan area of Iran's Sistan-Baluchestan province, near the border town of Saravan. At least four Iranian security personnel have been killed in the region this month, and Iran's Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) announced in early October that it had dismantled a "terrorist group."
