Ethereum has delayed the Glamsterdam Hoodi testnet hard fork after security firm ChainSecurity identified compatibility risks in EIP-8037 and EIP-8038. ChainSecurity has identified 13 real-world cases, and developers are reviewing whether the upgrade specifications need modification.
