During the 15th Five-Year Plan period, Henan Province will promote the enhancement of innovation capabilities in the superhard materials industry. This includes actively supporting Henan's superhard material enterprises, universities, and research institutes in undertaking major national scientific research tasks, focusing on key application areas for diamonds, including heat dissipation. The province will implement major provincial scientific and technological projects, striving to break through a number of critical core technology bottlenecks. Concurrently, it will fully leverage national-level innovation platforms such as national key laboratories, strengthen the construction of provincial key laboratories and pilot bases, and provide platform support for cutting-edge diamond research and the tackling of common industrial technologies. Additionally, the province will strengthen the cultivation of innovative enterprises in superhard materials, encouraging superhard material enterprises to collaborate with universities, research institutes, and new research and development institutions to conduct joint research and facilitate the commercialization of achievements.
