At the 2026 Satellite Internet Industry Ecological Conference, Chi Nan, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Vice President of Fudan University, unveiled the deployment plan for the "Star Hub Program." The program will advance in three phases, with the 2026-2027 phase aiming to fully integrate space-ground dual computing technology links, utilize domestic GPUs, achieve 32 POPS computing power, and a 200 Gbps inter-satellite communication rate.
