Chen Guo, a strategist at Eastmoney, stated that the decline in China's A-share market today was primarily due to liquidity factors. He believes that external macroeconomic uncertainties, such as the U.S. midterm elections, should not impact A-shares more sensitively than U.S. stocks. He pointed out that the market currently lacks incoming capital and, conversely, fears that there will be deleveraging during any rebound. If there could be strong ETF net inflows like last Friday, market conditions would improve; otherwise, the intrinsic willingness for spontaneous position additions remains low.
