Analysts say Hong Kong's Grade A office market is recovering, prompting some landlords to accelerate asset sales. JLL's Monday report showed that the overall vacancy rate for Grade A offices in Hong Kong has fallen for the fifth consecutive month, reaching 12.4% at the end of September, its lowest level since May 2023. Centaline Commercial data indicates that office property transaction volumes increased by 26% year-on-year in the third quarter of this year, with total transaction value up 12% year-on-year. Despite the market recovery, prices have fallen by 60% to 70% from their peak.
