The Shanghai Municipal Commission of Economy and Informatization issued the "Shanghai Action Plan for Accelerating the Development of New-Generation Intelligent Manufacturing," proposing to build a public platform for new-generation intelligent manufacturing. This includes a supply-demand matching platform, an overseas empowerment platform, and a pilot test platform. Specifically, the supply-demand matching platform will integrate market demand with service provider capabilities, establishing a closed-loop ecosystem of "technological breakthroughs—scenario implementation—model replication." The overseas empowerment platform will promote the accelerated global expansion of high-quality products and high-level solutions. The pilot test platform will support enterprises in collaborating with upstream and downstream partners in the industrial chain to provide services such as data simulation, process improvement, sample trial production, testing and verification, and demonstration applications.
