Tokenization giant Securitize plans to integrate the Stellar (XLM) blockchain into its regulated infrastructure. This move will expand Stellar's footprint in the institutional sector and further solidify its position in the real-world asset (RWA) tokenization market. Securitize currently partners with top global asset managers such as BlackRock, Apollo, BNY Mellon, KKR, and Hamilton Lane, with approximately $5 billion in tokenized securities on its platform. This integration will make Stellar the 17th blockchain supported by Securitize, aiming to provide institutional asset managers with more blockchain options for financial products. The announcement was made during the Stellar Development Foundation's (SDF) annual event, Meridian 2026.
