Binance founder CZ retweeted Wu Blockchain's report stating that, according to confirmation from the Singapore Police on October 28, some Ledger cryptocurrency hardware wallets purchased from local retailers contained malicious hardware implants that could steal users' recovery phrases or private keys. Since September 10, at least two such cases have been reported, resulting in user losses of approximately S$3.5 million (approximately US$2.7 million).
