CryptoSlate: U.S. real yields declined from October 21-30, while Bitcoin fell 8.25% during the same period.
According to CryptoSlate, from October 21 to 30, the 10-year Treasury Inflation-Protected Securities (TIPS) yield decreased by 16 basis points, from 2.76% to 2.60%. During the same period, Bitcoin's price fell from approximately $84,134 to $77,191, a decline of about 8.25%, while the Nasdaq 100 Index dropped by 4.82%. The report noted that these figures reflect concurrent movements and do not prove causation, and the observation times for Bitcoin's price differ from the Nasdaq's closing times. Bitfinex suggested that weakness in tech stocks and insufficient spot demand outweighed any potential support from falling real yields.
