Strategy's perpetual preferred stock, STRC, hit $100 on November 4 for the first time since May, reaching the minimum price at which the company currently plans to issue new shares through its ATM program. Strategy repurchased approximately $2.25 billion worth of STRC between July and November 1. As of November 1, $17.51 billion remained available under the program, and returning to $100 could pave the way for resuming STRC issuances to fund Bitcoin purchases.
