The U.S. Navy aircraft carrier USS Theodore Roosevelt is heading toward the Middle East and is expected to enter the U.S. Central Command area of responsibility by mid-November. According to Al Jazeera's analysis of satellite imagery, the USS Theodore Roosevelt was spotted on Wednesday in waters south of the Spratly Islands, accompanied by four naval vessels. Citing U.S. officials, Axios reported that the carrier will stop in Singapore for several days starting Friday and is not expected to arrive in the U.S. Central Command (CENTCOM) area of responsibility until before mid-November.
