LEMC (LEMONCHAIN) Project Overview
LEMC is the native token of the LEMONCHAIN open data ecosystem. LEMONCHAIN is dedicated to the decentralized management of Electronic Medical Records (EMR) through blockchain technology, aiming to resolve information asymmetry between healthcare institutions and individuals, and to build an interoperable healthcare data ecosystem. This system is designed to enable individual patients to reliably exchange and access their Electronic Health Records (EHR), thereby enhancing their control over their own medical data.
The LEMONCHAIN project was co-founded by Jaewon Shin and Kiuk Kwon, with the vision of becoming the standard blockchain protocol and platform for the global healthcare market.

LEMC Tokenomics and Use Cases
The LEMC token plays a central role in the LEMONCHAIN ecosystem, with its primary uses including:
- Paying fees for medical data exchange, upload, and download.
- Paying for medical services.
- Paying fees for using the data marketplace.
- As an incentive for voluntarily providing data input.
- Paying dispute resolution fees, service provision fees, and as collateral for contract execution, among others.
The LEMC token is based on the Klaytn blockchain and is a KIP-7 compliant token. Its maximum supply is set at 3 billion LEMC.
