QLC Chain (Kepple) Project Background and Positioning
QLC Chain, now rebranded as Kepple, is a Layer-1 blockchain project aiming to build a decentralized Network-as-a-Service (NaaS). Its core vision is to empower individuals, enterprises, and organizations to leverage idle network resources, such as unused mobile data, Wi-Fi hotspot access, and SMS capacity, thereby becoming network service providers or operators. The project was initially launched in December 2017 on the NEO blockchain under the name Qlink, after which its token contract migrated from v1 to v2, and it was officially renamed Kepple.
Technical Features and Architecture
Technically, QLC Chain adopts a unique multi-dimensional Block Lattice architecture, designed to enhance network scalability and processing efficiency. Additionally, it integrates a virtual machine to support the deployment and execution of smart contracts, thereby expanding its application scenarios. In terms of consensus mechanisms, QLC Chain combines a dual consensus model: Delegated Proof of Stake (DPoS) and its team's independently developed Shannon Consensus.
Project Status and Activity Analysis
There is conflicting information regarding QLC Chain's activity. On one hand, its official website, qlcchain.org, went offline in November 2024, which is typically considered a strong indicator of project inactivity. However, other sources suggest that the rebranded Kepple project is actively developing on the BNB Chain, focusing on bringing Web3 functionalities to social media platforms and has released a 2023 roadmap. Nevertheless, given the closure of the official website and the trading market conditions mentioned below, the project's current actual operations and development status require careful evaluation.

QLC Token Overview and Market Performance
The maximum supply and circulating supply of QLC tokens are both 600 million. Its all-time high price reached $1.3625 on January 9, 2018. However, since then, the price of QLC has experienced a significant decline. As of October 14, 2026, the latest price of QLC is approximately $0.0008346, with a market capitalization of about $10.97 million.
QLC Token Trading Status and Liquidity Risk
According to prompts from mainstream cryptocurrency data platforms, QLC tokens have ceased trading on all listed exchanges for over 13 days. For example, Binance delisted QLC on April 18, 2023. Platforms like Crypto.com also show its price and 24-hour trading volume as zero or unavailable, further confirming the lack of trading activity. Symlix Crypto Marketplace explicitly states it does not support QLC Chain trading. Although some data sources still display its market capitalization and price, these data may not reflect actual trading liquidity. Therefore, the token no longer has an active trading market, and liquidity is extremely low. Please verify independently and be aware of high risks before trading.
