CATL: Has repurchased a total of 15.99 million A-shares, with a total transaction value of 4.386 billion yuan
CATL announced that it had previously approved the “Proposal on the Plan for Repurchasing Company Shares,” agreeing to use no less than RMB 4 billion and no more than RMB 8 billion to repurchase the company’s A-shares. As of December 31, 2025, the company had repurchased a cumulative total of 15,990,782 A-shares, representing 0.3628% of the company’s total A-share capital as of that date. The highest transaction price was RMB 317.63 per share, with a lowest transaction price of RMB 231.50 per share, and a total transaction amount of RMB 4,385,504,687.90 (excluding transaction fees).
