The General Office of the People’s Government of Guizhou Province has issued the “Three-Year Action Plan for Expanding Private Investment in Guizhou Province.” The plan calls for encouraging private enterprises to participate in the construction of “Digital and Smart Guizhou.” The "AI+" initiative will be implemented to promote the application of large-scale models in industries such as jiangxiang-style baijiu, chemicals, and energy. Support will be provided to leading private enterprises, industry chain leaders, and service providers to build comprehensive digital empowerment platforms, promote cross-sectoral data integration and sharing, and accelerate the digital transformation of private enterprises. Leveraging the National (Guizhou) Hub Node of the National Integrated Computing Power Network, the plan will explore mechanisms for the coordinated development of computing power and electricity. It will encourage qualified private enterprises to invest in and build computing power infrastructure, accelerating the large-scale and green development of computing power resources.
