On the 4th, the Beijing Municipal Development and Reform Commission, in conjunction with the Beijing Municipal Bureau of Economy and Information Technology and the Beijing Municipal Science and Technology Commission, issued a document proposing that by 2030, the city aims to establish 10 national-level manufacturing pilot production platforms and support the construction of 50 municipal-level pilot production platforms. Eligible platforms will receive substantial financial support. Specifically, Beijing will strategically deploy pilot production platforms to align with the capital’s modern industrial system. For newly established pilot production platforms in industries such as artificial intelligence, pharmaceuticals and healthcare, green and low-carbon technologies, robotics and intelligent manufacturing, and integrated circuits, subsidies will be provided equivalent to 35% of the total project investment, with a maximum of 100 million yuan. For newly established pilot production platforms in sectors such as next-generation information technology and intelligent connected vehicles, subsidies will be provided equivalent to 25% of the total project investment, up to a maximum of 50 million yuan.
