*ST Dongyi: Restructuring Investor Pays 1.412 Billion Yuan for Shares Issued Through Capitalization; Company's Controlling Shareholder and Actual Controller to Change
*ST Dongyi announced that, in accordance with the restructuring plan, the company will issue 532 million new shares from its capital reserve based on its current total share capital of 420 million shares, at a ratio of 12.68 new shares for every 10 existing shares. Following the issuance, the total share capital will increase to 951 million shares. Of these, 417 million shares will be conditionally acquired by the restructuring investor for a cash payment of 1.412 billion yuan; the industrial investor will acquire 150 million shares for 345 million yuan; and the financial investor will acquire 267 million shares for 1.067 billion yuan. 115 million shares were used to settle debts at a price of 14.97 yuan per share.
