LONGi Green Energy has released a record of its investor relations activities. “Based on the current progress of the company’s base metal metallization initiative, we expect to begin mass production of base metal metallization products in the second quarter of 2026, which is expected to lead to further reductions in module costs. The company has already begun constructing part of its base metal conversion production capacity," the company stated in response to investor concerns. Regarding the current top-down price transmission mechanism in the industry chain, LONGi Green Energy noted that prices for upstream raw materials such as polysilicon and silver have recently risen. In terms of market price transmission, some module manufacturers have already begun raising their latest quotes. Driven by the combined effects of "anti-over-competition" policies and industry self-regulation, module prices are expected to gradually return to a reasonable range.
