The plan proposes strengthening the cultivation of key enterprises. It calls for industrial enterprises, industrial internet companies, industrial software firms, and artificial intelligence companies to accelerate the development of a range of solutions with intelligent system integration capabilities, and encourages leading enterprises to incubate a group of industry-level intelligent solution providers. The plan supports industrial internet solution providers in transitioning to intelligent solution providers, accelerates the cultivation of specialized service providers in fields such as industrial data and industrial modeling, and fosters a group of leading private technology enterprises and high-quality small and medium-sized enterprises.
