According to an announcement by the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, Shenzhen Jingfeng Medical raised HK$1.2 billion (approximately US$154 million) in its initial public offering (IPO) in Hong Kong. The offering price was HK$43.24 per share. The public offering portion initially offered 2.77 million shares, with an oversubscription ratio of 1,091.94 times. The international offering portion initially offered 24.95 million shares, with an oversubscription ratio of 25.18 times.
