Spanish Foreign Minister José Manuel Álvarez stated that Venezuela’s natural resources are an integral part of the country’s sovereignty and belong to the Venezuelan people. He also reiterated that Spain is willing to serve as a bridge to resolve this crisis and facilitate mediation if necessary, provided that all parties deem it beneficial. (Sputnik)
