Goldman Sachs A research report noted that AIA Group (01299.HK) is optimistic about growth prospects in the mainland China and Hong Kong markets in 2026, primarily driven by strong sales momentum and a positive outlook for profit margins.Regarding the Thai market, AIA noted that since the implementation of co-payments in the first quarter of 2025 has already brought forward demand, new business growth from the fourth quarter of 2025 through the first half of 2026 will be impacted by a high base effect. The firm maintains a “Buy” rating on AIA with a target price of HK$85.
