The China Industrial Association of Chemical and Physical Power Sources has approved and issued the group standard “Technical Requirements for Sodium-Ion Batteries for Energy Storage” (T/CIAPS0052—2026), which is hereby announced. The document specifies the terminology and definitions, abbreviations, general requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation, and storage of sodium-ion batteries, battery modules, and battery clusters for energy storage. This document applies to sodium-ion battery cells, modules, and clusters for energy storage. (Securities Times)
