It should be noted that enterprises engaging in activities such as foreign investment, technology exports, data transfers abroad, and cross-border mergers and acquisitions must comply with Chinese laws and regulations and follow the required legal procedures. The Ministry of Commerce will work with relevant departments to conduct an assessment and investigation into the consistency of this acquisition with laws and regulations regarding export controls, technology imports and exports, and foreign investment.
