Coinbase Markets Year in Review: 110 Crypto Assets and 100 Perpetual Contracts to Launch in 2025
Svmuu News: Coinbase Markets has officially released its 2025 review, revealing that 110 crypto assets were listed last year, bringing the total number of tradable crypto assets to over 350. In addition, the platform has launched 100 perpetual contracts, with 199 currently available for trading. Coinbase Markets stated that 2025 marked a significant turning point for Coinbase derivatives, with the introduction of 24/7 trading.In June, open interest in perpetual futures surpassed $1 billion, and in October, the platform’s total open interest in perpetual and futures contracts peaked at $4.8 billion. In 2026, the platform plans to further expand its product portfolio by adding new indices, stocks, and emerging assets.
