Security firm: Nearly $400,000 stolen from FutureSwapX contract on the Arbitrum chain
Svmuu News: According to BlockSec’s monitoring, a suspicious transaction occurred on the FutureSwapX contract on the Arbitrum chain, resulting in an estimated loss of approximately $395,000. BlockSec stated that it has attempted to contact the team but has not yet received a response. The attacker appears to have stolen the funds through multiple `changePosition` operations, ultimately withdrawing USDC. Since the contract is not open-source, the exact root cause requires further investigation. Based on on-chain activity, the incident is suspected to be related to unexpected fluctuations in stablecoin balances during an early position update, which led to the release of USDC when positions were reduced or closed.
