Svmuu News: According to the U.S. Senate calendar, the Committee on Banking, Housing, and Urban Affairs will hold an executive session at 10:00 a.m. ET on January 15 to consider and vote on H.R. 3633, the "Digital Asset Market Clarity Act of 2025" (CLARITY Act), legislation related to the structure of the cryptocurrency market. The bill aims to regulate trading activities in the digital asset market, strengthen oversight of wash trading, deceptive trading, and false trading volume, and introduce compliance requirements such as proof-of-reserves. If approved by the committee, the bill will be submitted to the full Senate for consideration and will subsequently proceed to the next stage of the legislative process.
