The total amount of ETH staked on BitMine has surpassed 1 million, with a total value of approximately $3.36 billion.
Svmuu News: Crypto finance firm BitMine (BMNR) increased its staked ETH holdings by 86,400 ETH—worth approximately $268.7 million—through four transactions last Saturday. This increase brings BitMine’s total staked ETH holdings to 1,080,512 ETH. Market analyst Nic Puckrin noted that BitMine’s staked ETH is currently valued at approximately $3.36 billion, which, based on an annualized yield of 2.81%, could generate about $94.4 million in annual returns. Additionally, in early January, BitMine Chairman Tom Lee recommended that shareholders vote in favor of increasing the authorized share capital from 50 million shares to 50 billion shares to prepare for a future stock split. BitMine’s stock is currently trading at approximately $30.06, down more than 80% from its July 2025 high.
