Polygon Foundation: PIP-69 Proposal Goes Live; Validator Stake Tokens Will Be Displayed as dPOL at a 1:1 Ratio
Svmuu News: The Polygon Foundation announced on X that Proposal PIP-69 has officially gone live. Under this proposal, validator share tokens are now displayed as dPOL at a 1:1 ratio, a move aimed at improving wallet visibility and expanding the utility of staked POL. dPOL possesses full ERC-20 functionality, simplifying the creation of POL liquid staking tokens (LSTs) and enhancing DeFi composability. Users who have staked POL will see these tokens in their wallets; depending on the wallet, the tokens may appear as dPOL, dPOL1, or dPOLa4.
