Approved by the State Council, the 2026 Zhongguancun Forum Annual Conference will be held in Beijing from March 25 to 29. This year’s forum is co-hosted by the Ministry of Science and Technology, the National Development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council, the Chinese Academy of Sciences, the Chinese Academy of Engineering, the China Association for Science and Technology, and the Beijing Municipal Government. With the annual theme of “Deep Integration of Scientific and Technological Innovation with Industrial Innovation,” the 2026 Zhongguancun Forum Annual Conference will feature five major sections: forums and conferences, achievement releases, technology transactions, cutting-edge competitions, and supporting events. The program will include an opening ceremony and plenary session, parallel forums, special sessions for major achievements, the Zhongguancun International Technology Exchange Conference, and the finals of the Zhongguancun International Frontier Technology Competition. During the annual conference, supporting activities such as science and technology culture events, science popularization sessions, and corporate-specific sessions will also be held.
