Jane Street: Terraform Labs' allegations are a desperate and unscrupulous attempt to extort money
Svmuu News: In response to the lawsuit filed by the bankruptcy trustee of Terraform Labs, Jane Street stated that the lawsuit constitutes a transparent attempt to extract funds. Jane Street stated that the losses suffered by Terra and Luna holders were caused by a multi-billion-dollar fraud perpetrated by Terraform Labs’ management. Previously, Terraform Labs’ bankruptcy trustee sued Jane Street, alleging that it used insider information to engage in front-running, which accelerated the collapse of TerraUSD and Luna in 2022. The lawsuit alleges that within 10 minutes of Terraform Labs withdrawing 150 million UST from the Curve3 pool, a wallet linked to Jane Street also withdrew 85 million UST from the same pool, triggering market panic. Jane Street has denied the allegations, calling them baseless speculation.
