Transsion Holdings announced that in 2025, the company achieved total operating revenue of 65,623,478,900 yuan, a decrease of 4.50% compared to the same period last year; operating profit was 3,204,428,400 yuan, a decrease of 51.25% compared to the same period last year; Net profit attributable to owners of the parent company was 258,415.16 million yuan, a decrease of 53.43% compared to the same period last year; net profit attributable to owners of the parent company, excluding non-recurring gains and losses, was 196,812.95 million yuan, a decrease of 56.66% compared to the same period last year. As of the end of 2025, the Company’s total assets amounted to 4,436,307.21 million yuan, a decrease of 1.55% from the beginning of the reporting period; equity attributable to the parent company’s shareholders was 2,044,926.50 million yuan, an increase of 1.08% from the beginning of the reporting period; Net assets per share attributable to owners of the parent company were RMB 17.76, an increase of 0.11% compared to the beginning of the reporting period.
