Hong Kong: The 2026–27 Land Sale Program includes a total of nine residential sites
According to the Hong Kong Government News Network, the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Government’s Budget announced that the 2026–27 Land Sale Programme includes nine residential sites. Together with railway property development, Urban Renewal Authority projects, and private development and redevelopment projects, the total potential land supply for the year is expected to support the construction of approximately 22,000 units. The Hong Kong government will continue to refrain from selling general commercial land next year.
