On February 25, Feng Zhonghua, Secretary of the Guangzhou Municipal Party Committee, stated at the Guangzhou High-Quality Development Conference that the city would vigorously develop smart manufacturing, green manufacturing, and service-oriented manufacturing; support GAC and Huawei in deepening their cooperation to create new brands such as “Qijing”; XPeng; facilitate Huitian’s mass production of new products like the “Land Aircraft Carrier”; open up autonomous driving scenarios across the entire region; and drive the automotive industry’s “smart and electric transformation”and achieve a “leapfrog development.” We will accelerate the upgrade of industries such as new display technologies and integrated circuits toward a “hardware + ecosystem” model, and promote the integrated development of pharmaceutical manufacturing and healthcare. We will deepen the “AI+” initiative, launch a campaign to significantly expand computing power, leverage the foundation of AI technology to enhance the level of industrial synergy and integration, and use AI to empower new manufacturing and catalyze new services.
