On the 25th, Zaluzhny, Ukraine’s ambassador to the United Kingdom, announced that the production complex of the Ukrainian company Ukrspecsystems has begun operations in the UK, marking the first Ukrainian defense facility to launch in the country. Zaluzhny stated that relocating production to the UK holds strategic significance amid ongoing missile strikes and infrastructure damage. He noted that this move aims to expand both parties’ capabilities and ensure production continuity, while engineering expertise remains in Ukraine and production is integrated into the UK’s defense system. Ukraine and the UK have previously launched the “Octopus” drone interceptor project, which involves the mass production of interceptor drones in the UK. The plan is to produce and deliver thousands of units to Ukraine each month. This type of drone was developed by Ukraine with the support of British researchers. (CCTV)
