NVIDIA With Strong Q4 Financial Results, the Company Says Demand for Computing Power Remains Strong
Svmuu News: NVIDIA (NVDA.O) reported Q4 FY2026 revenue ($68.1 billion) and data center revenue ($62.3 billion) that both exceeded market expectations, and once again provided an optimistic quarterly revenue forecast, indicating that the large-scale expansion of AI computing infrastructure remains on track. The company stated in its announcement that sales for the first quarter of fiscal year 2027 are expected to reach approximately $78 billion, compared to Wall Street’s average estimate of $72.6 billion. CEO Jensen Huang said in the statement: “'Our customers are racing to invest in AI computing.' This outlook helps alleviate market concerns about an AI investment bubble. Huang has repeatedly downplayed concerns that the growth in AI hardware spending is unsustainable. Wednesday’s report provided some evidence that short-term concerns may have been overstated. NVIDIA rose more than 3% in after-hours trading on the U.S. stock market.
