Svmuu News: Colony, the Avalanche ecosystem fund and accelerator program, released a statement on Medium announcing that after approximately five years of operating within the AVAX ecosystem, the team has decided to officially cease operations at the end of the first quarter of 2026. The statement noted that factors such as slowing ecosystem growth in recent years, a decline in capital and project inflows, and changes in core technology and asset governance structures have made it difficult to sustain the project’s progress. During the wind-down phase, the team stated that it will not utilize protocol liquidity or community funds, and that no CLY tokens have been sold or staked. Final distributions will be made to CLY stakers, and the front-end interface will be gradually shut down.
