Figure Reports Q4 and Full-Year 2025 Financial Results: Net Income Rises 574% to $134 Million in 2025
Svmuu News: Blockchain-based capital markets firm Figure has released its financial results for the fourth quarter and full year of 2025. In the fourth quarter of 2025, the consumer lending market reached $2.7 billion in transaction volume, a 131% increase from the same period last year. Net revenue increased by 91% year-over-year. Adjusted net revenue was $158 million, a 106% increase from the fourth quarter of 2024. Net income rose 156% year-over-year to $15 million. For the full year 2025, the company’s net income increased 574% year-over-year to $134 million, while net revenue rose 49% year-over-year to $507 million. Its consumer lending market recorded annual transaction volume of $8.4 billion, a 63% increase year-over-year. In addition, Figure’s board of directors has authorized a share repurchase program allowing the company to repurchase up to $200 million in Class A common stock and blockchain common stock over the next 12 months.
