Precious metals fell, while crude oil prices rose sharply
Svmuu News: According to the latest data from Gate, the price of gold has fallen to $5,158.21 per ounce, marking a daily decline of 3.07%. Silver prices fell to $82.282 per ounce, with a daily decline of 7.86%. The BVIX (BTC Volatility Index) is currently quoted at 55.69, down 2.16% for the day. The EVIX (ETH Volatility Index) is currently at 74.74, up 3.23% for the day. In the foreign exchange market, the US dollar against the offshore yuan (USD/CNH) rose 0.28% for the day, with the current exchange rate at 6.91955. The US dollar against the Japanese yen (USD/JPY) rose 0.29% intraday, with the current exchange rate at 157.811. In global stock indices, the Euro Stoxx 50 Index (EUSTX50) fell 3.66% intraday to 5,765.99 points; the UK FTSE 100 Index (UK100) fell 2.97% intraday to 10,468.65 points; and the German DAX 40 Index (GER40) fell 3.61% intraday to 23,715.35 points. In the commodities market, WTI crude oil rose 6.76% intraday to $76.21 per barrel. Brent crude oil rose 6.87% intraday to $83.84 per barrel.
