CIMG plans to acquire certain core assets, patents, and intellectual property from iZUMi Finance to further expand its institutional-grade decentralized finance infrastructure.Under the terms of the agreement, CIMG plans to integrate iZUMi Finance’s multi-chain liquidity technology and governance mechanisms to enhance on-chain capital efficiency and optimize yield management for its “Bitcoin” reserves. Additionally, CIMG intends to purchase $IZI tokens for long-term staking and governance participation.This acquisition builds upon the parties’ prior collaboration, including the jointly launched $20 million Upstarts Fund.
