Svmuu News: The General Office of the Communist Party of China Central Committee and the General Office of the State Council recently issued the "Regulations on Integrity in the Performance of Duties by Leaders of State-Owned Enterprises." Article 7 of the regulations clearly states that Leaders of state-owned enterprises shall not use their authority or influence to seek personal gain, including accepting or soliciting gifts, cash, securities, virtual currency, or other valuables from affiliated enterprises, business partners, or entities under their management or service, nor may they agree to accept such items after leaving office or retiring.
