Svmuu News: Carlos Domingo, CEO of Securitize, disclosed in a post on the X platform that Securitize has been designated as a digital transfer agent, qualifying it to mint native on-chain securities for companies and ETF issuers on the NYSE's tokenized securities platform (digital trading platform). However, this is not the full extent of the collaboration. The NYSE has already planned to partner with Securitize to develop a digital transfer agent program to support the on-chain settlement of tokenized securities transactions. The two parties will also jointly establish industry standards for digital transfer agents and tokenization agents, focusing on covering regulatory requirements, operational processes, and technical specifications, to promote the construction of institutional-grade tokenized securities infrastructure.
