Intercontinental Exchange invests an additional $600 million in Polymarket, bringing cumulative investment to $1.64 billion
Svmuu News Intercontinental Exchange has announced that it has completed a $600 million cash investment in Polymarket as part of a Polymarket equity financing.ICE also expects to purchase up to $40 million of Polymarket securities from existing holders. In October 2025, ICE made an initial investment of $1 billion in Polymarket. With this additional investment and anticipated securities purchases, ICE has completed all of its obligations under its investment arrangement with Polymarket, and ICE has indicated that its investment in Polymarket is not expected to have a material impact on its financial performance or return of capital program. Specific terms of the investment, including valuation, are expected to be disclosed following the closing of the Polymarket financing.
