Svmuu News According to Arab media Asharq News: Negotiations between Lebanon and Israel will take place before those between Iran and the United States. A preparatory phone conference was held today, with participants including Israeli Ambassador to Washington Nada Hammad Muawad, Israeli Ambassador to Washington Yeshir Leit, US Ambassador to Lebanon Michelle Issa, and US State Department Director of Policy Planning Mike Needham. The Lebanon-Israel face-to-face meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, chaired by Lebanese Ambassador Hammad Muawad. The Lebanon talks have now been assigned to US Secretary of State Rubio and are completely separate from the Iran talks and the Islamabad talks. (Jin10)
